Welcome to CalvaryGoodyear.org. Our website includes current and archived teachings to help you grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. We pray these resources are a blessing to you. Yet it is important for you to obey our Lord by being a part of a local assembly of believers in accordance with Hebrews 10:24-25.
We welcome you to visit our own assembly at Calvary Goodyear, where the Word of God is taught; where the Gospel is preached; where we are learning to love one another as Christ has loved us. We offer children’s ministries from nursery through fifth grade during our second (11am) service on Sunday. Junior High (6th-8th) and Senior High ministries also meet during our second Sunday service. In addition to the children’s and youth ministries, we have a House to House ministry, and Men’s and Women’s Studies.
It is our desire that the body of believers at Calvary Goodyear “grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ” (Eph. 4:15). Therefore, along with the expository preaching of God’s Word from the pulpit, we offer Growth Essentials classes to teach the truth of God’s Word on various topics.
Our Church is located in the Estrella Business Center in Goodyear, Arizona (click here for map and address). Our children’s ministry is located in the North portion of the building and has a sign-in table at the entrance for your children’s safety and your peace of mind. Our main Worship Center is further South toward the center of the building.
We offer Gospel-centered, contemporary & hymn styled songs of worship, as well as verse-by-verse expository teaching during our approximately one hour and fifteen minute services. Our two Sunday services are duplicate teachings for your flexibility.
We teach verse-by-verse through God’s Word using the New King James Version of the Bible. We encourage you to bring a Bible with you to follow along with the teaching. We also have Bibles available for your use during the service if you do not have one.
